No, you do not. Insurance companies will recommend shops they prefer, but you are legally allowed to go to any certified auto body shop.

We use whatever part is best for your vehicle. That said, your insurance company will have a preference on what parts collision repair shops use on repairs. Sometimes, these requirements will lean towards using aftermarket parts—if this is the case, we will only install those aftermarket parts which meet our quality control process.

Sure, we are happy to help you with any and all auto body damage while your vehicle is in our shop. In fact, you’ll end up saving a good bit of time and money when you go this route. That said, we do have to be careful to only bill your insurance for the damage caused during an accident, which can cause some complications in the estimation part of our auto body repair process.

No, you don’t need to make an appointment. Often, collisions aren’t something expected, and we do our best to be as flexible as possible for you. That said, appointments do help speed up the process and help you get your vehicle in and out faster.

Yes, as part of our process we provide you with an estimate of our work. That said, as with any type of vehicle work, things do come up. If something does come up during our repair—which ends up changing our initial estimate—we will get in touch with you to see how you’d like us proceed.

Auto collision repairs typically take 4 or 5 days from start to finish. There are many circumstances which can cause body work to take longer than average, but this is a good general average.

For information on rental cars, please give us a call to see what we have available. We do have rental cars available, but if it’s not on the lot we can help you with obtaining a rental car through our partnerships with local rental companies. It’s important to note, if your collision is being processed through an insurance company, they should provide you with a rental.
